How we work.
We don't sprinkle AI on. Every engagement starts by asking: which of these jobs would be done better, faster, or cheaper by an AI helper sitting alongside your team — and which absolutely shouldn't.
Our default is to make what you've already bought work. The tools you have already do most of what you need — they just don't talk to each other yet. We make them talk.
We don't bill for slides, frameworks, or hours of pondering. We bill for measurable things: time reclaimed, response time cut, mistakes eliminated. We define the metric before we write the proposal — so “done” means the number actually moved.
Every engagement includes ongoing office hours, monitoring, and a real person on the other end when something breaks at 4pm on a Friday. That's the partnership, not a billable extra.
